Place Order

We will not be filling orders the following dates: 12/21-1/1, 1/9-1/17

Beef and Pork: Go to the “What’s In Season” tab then Beef and Pork to see available cuts. Then list in your order what you would like, being specific when possible. I.e. flavor/type of sausage, requested poundage or amount. Once the order is received we will put it together and email you an invoice that you can use to pre pay. Once payment is received, your order will be placed in our pick up freezer and you can pick up at your convenience. If you would prefer to pay Venmo, please specify that when you order. If you want to pay cash, we will schedule a mutually convenient pick up day and time.
